SOUND and MIND IN SOUND BODY

It has been discovered that there is a drawing power of the mind. “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”. II Timothy 1:7. Your mind can become a favourable abode of faith if only it is dominated by positive mental attitude.
You are continually attracting to yourself, from both the seen and the unseen sides of life influences and condition corresponding with the type of thought you most habitually allow to take form in your mind. Faith can also be described as this drawing power of the mind which confesses into physical existence the resources of the spiritual realm. Faith transforms the ordinary vibration of good thought into spiritual equivalent which become a reality in your life.
Faith is the operation of the thought forces in the form of an earnest desire, coupled with expectation as to its fulfilment. When your good thought is mixed with faith, it begins immediately to translate into the physical equivalents.
Ability to receive your reality is anchored on your great expectation for fulfilment. In the degree that faith, the earnest desire thus send out, is continually held to and watered by firm expectation, in just that degree does it either draw to itself or does it change from the unseen into the visible, from the spiritual into the physical material that for which it is sent.

You need to expect God’s fulfilment of the confession before there is any visible evidence in the material realm. That means you need to believe against all contradictory obstacles. Such belief, such great expectation, changes the unseen into the seen, the spiritual into physical reality. The power to transform the unseen is anchored on faith. And recreated human spirit can simply be called the drawing power of the mind. Positive confession is pure and is based on the word of God. Your mental attitude and thought affect the reality of your subject of faith.
Be warned, a negative confession can affect as much evil as a positive confession can affect good. Negative confession is not from God because God has a good thought for you so that you can get your expected ends. In Jeremiah 29:11, the Bible says “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, said the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil to give you an expected ends.”
What you confess is what you get whether good or bad “For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned” Matthew 12:37. “And death and life are in power of the tongue” ……Proverb 18:21. A great man of God said “it is what you confess with your lips that really dominates your inner being. If you confess your fear, then you become fearful. If you confess your fear in disease then disease grows unto the confession. If you confess lack then you build up a sense of lack which gains the supremacy in your life. You must remember that unbelief is not only the mere absence of belief but also a destructive belief that inevitably express itself in a negative confession. This negative confession then produces the particular form of destruction in which one believes.
By now you know that positive confession is a necessary part of faith for the actualization of your heart desire desires. You also realise that your thinking determines what you confess. The power of words used in your confession is anchored in thought. Furthermore, great expectation before any visible evidence is part and parcel of faith formula
